MSCM Hosts Bonding Day 2026 ๐
MSCMOn July 25 and 26, 2026, MSCM held its annual "Bonding Day 2026" to foster stronger connections and teamwork among employees. Held at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast and Desaru Fruit Farm, the two-day event brought together team members for a fun, engaging, and memorable experience. ๐
We were also delighted to welcome two instructors visiting from Japan ๐ฏ๐ต, who joined our Malaysian team for the occasion. Connecting across borders and departments provided a valuable opportunity to deepen mutual understanding and strengthen our unified team spirit. ๐ค
๐ Day 1: Thrills and Creativity at Desaru Fruit Farm ๐จ
The excitement kicked off on Day 1 with a dynamic lineup of activities at Desaru Fruit Farm, including ATV rides ๐๏ธ, paintball ๐ฏ, and traditional batik painting ๐๏ธ. Despite a sudden rain shower ๐ง๏ธ, everyoneโs spirits remained high as smiles filled the day.
For many employees, the ATV rides and paintball were brand-new experiences. Tackling these challenges together brought out incredible camaraderie and created unique memories outside the typical office environment. โจ
๐ Poolside BBQ & Evening Celebrations ๐
In the evening, the team gathered for a poolside BBQ dinner ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฅ, complete with an awards ceremony for the dayโs activities and heartfelt speeches. It was a wonderful time to unwind, catch up across different teams and roles, and further solidify the strong bonds within MSCM. ๐ฌโจ
