We, at Materials Service Complex Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MSCM), believe in conducting business with the utmost integrity, transparency, and respect for all our stakeholders. 1. Ethical Behaviour:
   We expect all employees, executives, and directors of MSCM to act with honesty and integrity in all business dealings. We adhere to laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where we operate and maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption, and any form of unethical behaviour.
2. Respect and Diversity:
   We embrace diversity and treat every individual with respect and dignity. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited within our organization.

Safety policy

At Materials Service Complex Malaysia Sdn Bhd, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
We understand that a safe work environment is essential for the success and growth of our organization. To achieve this goal, we have established a comprehensive safety policy, which is a reflection of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and health within our manufacturing facilities. This policy outlines the responsibilities of both the management and employees in ensuring a secure and healthy workplace.

1. Safety Committee
The company will maintain a safety committee, comprising both management and our employees. The primary
responsibilities of the safety committee include identifying hazards and unsafe work practices, removing obstacles
to accident prevention, and evaluating the company's efforts to achieve an accident and injury-free workplace.

2.Our Commitment
The company pledges to:

1. Strive to achieve the goal of zero accidents and injuries.
2. Provide mechanical and physical safeguards wherever necessary.
3. Conduct routine safety and health inspections to identify and eliminate unsafe working conditions, control health hazards, and comply with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety and health requirements.
4. Provide employees with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure they are adequately trained to use and maintain it.
5. Enforce company safety and health rules, making compliance a condition of employment. Train and ensure all employees in safe work practices and procedures.
6. Investigate accidents to determine their causes and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
7. Recognize that all employees share the responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthful workplace.
8. Hold management accountable for preventing workplace injuries and illnesses. Consider all employee suggestions for achieving a safer, healthier workplace. Keep informed about workplace safety and health hazards and regularly review the company's safety and health program.
9. Ensure compliance with all mandatory legal requirements and other requirements of interested parties.
10. Commit to continuously improving our safety standards and procedures through regular reviews, feedback and the implementation of best practices in the manufacturing industry.

3. Employee Responsibility
All employees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their fellow workers. They are expected to participate in the safety and health program, which includes promptly reporting accidents, hazards, and unsafe work practices to a superior or safety committee representative, wearing required personal protective equipment, and actively participating in and supporting safety committee activities.
