Warehouse Assistant(Forklift Operator) – Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper (Forklift Operator) to join our production team.
This role is primarily focused on operating a forklift for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. You will also be responsible for inventory updates, warehouse organization, and ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
■ Forklift Operation (Main Task)
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse
- Stack, arrange, and transport goods to designated areas, ensuring safety and accuracy
- Perform routine checks on the forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition
■ Goods Requisition & Dispatch
- Prepare and dispatch goods based on requisition requests within the required timeframe
- Coordinate and oversee the loading of goods onto trucks as scheduled
■ Goods Receiving & Storage
- Receive incoming goods from production or suppliers, checking for accuracy and quality
- Unload goods and place them in designated storage areas using a forklift
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors
■ Inventory Management
- Update stock cards or Inventory Management System to record all transactions
- Conduct routine stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and good condition
■ Warehouse Maintenance
- Ensure the warehouse is always kept clean, well-organized, and safe from potential accidents or injuries（Maintain 5S）.
- Maintain warehouse tools and machinery such as forklift, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
Requirements
- Hands-on forklift driving experience is required
- Minimum SPM (or equivalent education)
- Experience in warehouse or inventory management is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Strong forklift operation skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and reliable
Work Location & Schedule
- Location: Johor Bahru（PTP）
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
